Washington Educators in Early Learning/AFT
Washington Educators in Early Learning (formerly known as the Child Care Workforce Alliance of Washington/AFT (CCWA/AFT)) is an associate membership project of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) that is housed in the offices of AFT Washington.

WEEL believes that the link between high-quality child care and the working conditions and wages of child care providers are key to high-quality, stable, early learning.
