On Saturday, March 17, Tracy Lai will kick off the meeting by leading a discussion called "At the intersections of African American and Japanese American Histories: Yuri Kochiyama & Malcolm X."
The Human Rights Committee will meet the third Thursday of each month from 10 AM - 11:30 AM at the AFT Washington offices.
The first hour of each Human Rights Committee meeting will be dedicated to members sharing their areas of expertise and foci with each other through an interactive presentation/workshop.
